- DENISE GEOGHEGAN
- I am a Florida licensed Realtor, servicing the Jacksonville & St. Augustine areas. Multiple years of experience in the financial and mortgage industry, as well as previous experience as a registered appraiser in the state of Colorado, has provided me with an in-depth understanding of how to value real estate and the skills to work efficiently, meet deadlines under pressure and negotiate effectively. I have moved away and back to Jacksonville twice and have experienced the emotional and financial roller coaster ride of buying and selling a home and relocating to unfamiliar areas. On each occasion, I realized that the joy or hardship of the experience was highly dependent on the service and knowledge received from the real estate sales agent. My goal is to apply the knowledge and expertise I've gained from my past experiences to provide exceptional service for any and all of your real estate needs.
